In côte&ciel’s latest instalment of its ‘Horizons’ series, which sees them visit like-minded professionals from around the world, this time they join Greg Jackson, New York-based designer, consultant, and owner of his own label, GREG LABORATORY.
‘I get inspired by just being in the city with different types of cultures and people- just walking around and observing.’
Having worked years in the industry for the likes of NIKE, District Division, New Balance and UNIQLO, Jackson distils well-crafted talent and a pursuit of functional performance into each evolving project he works on. Developing this marriage of contemporary style and time-honoured technique results in a concise and emerging vision, one anchored in consideration and boldly pushing forward.

‘We use the idea of a uniform as the base and then design functional clothing around that idea.’
