Hergestellt aus „Smooth Black“ Nylon, ist der PO eine Hybrid-Tasche, die im Handumdrehen in eine tragbare Weste verwandelt werden kann und das Mantra von côte&ciel „Taschen zum Tragen, nicht zum Mitnehmen" verkörpert. Ein zentraler Reißverschluss kann verwendet werden, um die zweite Form des PO zu enthüllen. 

Nach origami-inspirierten Prinzipien offenbart die Struktur des PO eine Reihe komplexer Schichten, die entweder in Form einer Tasche oder einer Weste nachgebildet sind. Die Außenseite verfügt über eine Reihe versteckter Taschen und D-Ring-Clips zum Befestigen kleiner Gegenstände.
