Paris Fashion Week Community Workshop with Aurélie Mathigot.
During Paris Fashion Week, we opened the doors of our Paris boutique for an intimate community workshop led by Paris-based artist Aurélie Mathigot. Bringing together a small group of local Parisian creatives, the workshop offered a pause from the pace of the week, a moment to slow down, work with the hands, and reconnect with the quiet pleasure of making.
Centred around the LETGO accessory, each participant was invited to explore material, texture, and form through their own lens. What emerged were unique, tactile objects that blurred the boundaries between côte&ciel’s industrial design language and Aurélie’s artisanal textile practice — different methods, shared intentions.
This exchange speaks directly to the ideas shaping FW26: observation, process, and the gestures that give form to objects. Whether through technical construction or hand-led experimentation, creation follows similar rhythms, the same song, played through different instruments.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. Moments like these continue to shape our Paris flagship as a space for exchange, experimentation, and community.
